cubix: robots for everyone
Cubix: Robots for Everyone is a CG-animated series that aired in the block as well. Produced entireley in Korea and English dubbed by 4Kids, this cartoon, just like Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon, aired in Kids WB! first. After the run of the batched episodes, it migrated to the Fox Box and it gained more views for the second season. The show follows Connor, a boy who moved to Bubbletown and has a liking for robots and has finally fixed the unfixable robot Cubix, who has a speech impedement. Now working at a robots repair shop called the Bottie's Pit, he and his friends save Bubbletown from the nutorious Doctor K and his evil robots such as the Kolossus.
The series has a hit theme song that's techno and has a cult following throughout the show's airing. The voice cast is mostly from people working on Pokemon such as Veronica Taylor who voiced Abby and Ash Ketchum.
The series aired in 4Kids TV for a short periods of time before being replaced by Skunk Fu! and others. The show also had a short run on Vortexx once Saban bought the rights to the show.
